"The three great essentials to achieve anything worthwhile are, first, hard work; second, stick-to-itiveness; third, common sense."
- Thomas Edison
Thomas Edison was an American inventor and businessman established the first industrial research laboratory and whose many inventions (including early versions of the lightbulb) had a widespread impact on the modern industrialized world. This quote reminds us that one of the most important ingredients of success is perseverance (stick-to-itiveness). You need hard work and common sense, but you also need to trust in and stick to the process.
